By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using our App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

3. Subscription Terms and Auto-Renewal

 Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews each month.

Payment and Renewal:

 Payment for the subscription will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

 Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

 The renewal charge for your subscription will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

 You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Cancellation:

 Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

 No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

 In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

 For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

 To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

 To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
